CPTED review and assessment services are offered to assist residents, businesses, developments, and projects with crime prevention recommendations based on CPTED strategies. ​

Residential Crime Prevention Safety Audit (Red Deer only)
FEE - $350

Let our staff walk through your property with you to help identify potential improvements based on CPTED strategies.

Basic CPTED Review (Red Deer only)
FEE - $450

Local businesses, condos, and other properties experiencing issues can request a review. A short report is provided with recommendations based on CPTED strategies to help address issues with crime and unwanted activities.

Full CPTED Assessments (Alberta)

Our CPTED Team will provide a full on-site assessment and detailed report for your property, anywhere in Alberta. These properties may be in the planning stage, undergoing upgrades, or already exist and experiencing multiple, complex issues. It includes a review of planning documents (if applicable), and thorough on-site assessment(s) with your team to provide solutions based on CPTED strategies. Experienced CPTED Services & Training staff conduct assessments throughout Alberta.

If requested, municipalities or organizations may choose to include additional services with the assessment such as: CPTED training courses, workshops, facilitated conversations, or community events such as BBQs to engage residents, businesses or residents in this process. ​

Alberta Security Infrastructure Program (ASIP) Grants

Our team provides CPTED Assessments for ASIP Grants throughout Alberta.

The Alberta Security Infrastructure Program ASIP is a Government of Alberta initiative to provide grant funding to organizations serving communities at risk of hate or bias-motivated incidents, including places of worship, and recognized private educational institutions.

There are 3 ASIP funding categories that your organization may be eligible for including covering the cost of a professional security assessment, security infrastructure improvements, training, equipment, and immediate security response measures.
